Barnes & Noble's Nook has a bit to offer: • You can access and purchase books, newspapers, magazines, and blogs via WiFi and AT&T 3G from any place you have access to a network. • Has a 3.5-inch capacitive multi-color touch screen powered by Google's Android operating system for ebook browsing. • Currently you can download books from your current library collection via WiFi overseas, but because of licensing restrictions, you can't browse the store and purchase new content when outside the US. • You can lend ebooks to other for 14 days. • You can checkout local library ebooks for free. • You're able to browse full ebook content while connected in the Barnes & Noble stores. • Sync across platforms and readers of bookmarks, annotations, and last reading location. Not to mention that all the ebooks will be cheaper than buying the actual book. |
